Terms and conditions for our B+B and self Catering.

We do hope you enjoy your stay with us and keep coming back as others do.

Please read the following, if there is something you wish to discuss please do so, we will do our best to be flexible.

Bed and Breakfast

The Client Agrees:

In the event of a late cancellation (within one week of arrival date), full payment will be required unless A N Other books the room(s).

When taking a reservation we will ask for an agreed deposit or the security of a credit card number. Without these details your reservation is not complete and may not be honoured.

Arrival time is usually after 4.30pm, do please ask if you wish to arrive early so we are sure to be here to greet you.

No persons in excess of the number agreed at the time of reservation may occupy the room.

We reserve the right to terminate the stay of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of our other guests.

We regret no pets may be accommodated.

Full payment is due one month before date of arrival.

In the event of a late cancellation all monies will be forfeit unless A N Other reserves the cottage. In this event an admin fee of £50.00 or 15%, whichever is greater, is kept.

Reservations commence at 4.30pm on day of arrival and terminate by 10.00 am on final day.

No persons in excess of the number agreed at the time of reservation may occupy the cottage. Breach of this rule will terminate the contract without recompense.

We ask you to leave the cottage clean and tidy, as you found it. Please inform us of any breakages. It is sometimes possible to arrange to have the cottage cleaned during a stay, please discuss if this is something you would like.

We reserve the right to terminate, without recompense, the stay of any person whose conduct is detrimental to the comfort of our other guests.

For stays in excess of a week we will provide clean linen and towels and will take away used items to launder. We will agree the timing with you.

No pets are allowed in the cottage.
